We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. When you book we reserve this time just for you and we require 24 hours so that we have time to be able to get someone else in. We send text and email reminders 48 hours before your appointment to give you fair time to reschedule if necessary. If you cancel within the 24 hours we require 50% of the service and if you no show we charge 100%. You can simply cancel by going online and rescheduling, reply back to your email confirmation or text, or give us a call (if we dont answer, leave a message)

Salon: We carry R+Color, R+CO & Bleu for salon services
Spa: we carry Sandor shampoo + conditioner in our showers and yoga balm for after sauna and massage
Facials: we carry Laurel skincare for facial products

We are very conscious and deliberate in everything we use at Ceremony and it is our mission to contribute to helping reduce the carbon footprint. We use a green circle salon to recycle everything from unused hair color, the foils and plastic we use, the hair, and all the plastics. We send it back to them and they use the materials in various ways from hair pads to clean up oil spills to renewable energy, to bike parts.
We also only use product lines that have the same vision and have clean ingredients and packaging.
